TradePulse is a financial trading community platform operated by Pulse Enterprises LLC. We are absolutely committed to the safety and protection of children. Our platform strictly prohibits any content, behavior, or activity that exploits, harms, or endangers minors in any way.

We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualizes minors. Any such content will be immediately removed and reported to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).

🚫 Prohibited Content & Behavior

The following are strictly prohibited on TradePulse:

• Any content that sexually exploits or abuses minors (CSAE/CSAM)
• Grooming, solicitation, or predatory behavior toward minors
• Sharing, distributing, or linking to any material that depicts child sexual abuse
• Any attempt to engage minors in sexual conversations or activity
• Content that endangers the safety or well-being of children

🔍 Enforcement & Moderation

TradePulse employs the following measures to enforce these standards:

• User Reporting: All users can report any content or behavior that violates our child safety standards directly within the app
• Admin Review: All reports are reviewed by our moderation team within 24 hours
• Immediate Removal: Violating content is removed immediately upon confirmation
• Account Termination: Accounts found in violation are permanently banned
• Law Enforcement Reporting: We report all confirmed CSAM to NCMEC's CyberTipline and cooperate fully with law enforcement

🔞 Age Requirements

TradePulse is intended for users who are 17 years of age or older. By using our platform, users confirm they meet this age requirement. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a user is under 13, we will immediately terminate their account.
